A workshop on “Mastering WordPress: Build and Customize Your Website from Scratch.” was conducted by Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd, Gangyal, Jammu on November 9th, 2024 in Mahant Bachittar Singh College of Engineering and Technology, Jammu. This workshop was specifically designed for 5th and 7th semester students of Computer Science and Information Technology departments.
The workshop aimed to equip students with the necessary skills to create and manage professional websites using WordPress, a widely-used content management system. Participants gained hands-on experience in various aspects of WordPress, including:
- Understanding core WordPress features and functionalities
- Working with themes and plugins to customize website appearance and behavior
- Creating and managing website content
- Optimizing website performance and security
The workshop was conducted by a team of experienced trainers from Techno Solutions led by Mr. Balbir Singh. He was supported by his team members, Mr. Ashok Kumar and Mr. Vishnu Sharma. By the end of the workshop, students were able to build a fully functional WordPress website from scratch. The WordPress workshop was a great opportunity for the students to learn practical skills.
