Digital Marketing FDP

Mahant Bachittar Singh College of Engineering & Technology (MBSCET), Jammu, commenced a five-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Digital Marketing” under the aegis of ICT Academy on July 27, 2026. The programme aims to equip faculty members with the latest digital marketing skills and emerging AI-driven technologies.

The inaugural session was graced by Prof. Parveen Singh Vice Principal, Prof. Rajinder Singh Administrator, and Mr. H.S. Gill Dean Students Welfare (DSW), along with faculty members from MBSCET and several other colleges across Jammu.

Welcoming the participants, Prof. Parveen Singh highlighted the growing importance of digital marketing in today’s technology-driven world and emphasized the need for faculty members to stay updated with modern digital tools and teaching methodologies.

Addressing the gathering, Prof. Rajinder Singh stressed the significance of continuous learning and skill enhancement. He encouraged the participants to actively engage in the programme and make the best use of the opportunity to strengthen their professional competencies.

The resource person, Mr. Anmol Duggal, conducted the inaugural session. During the first day’s session, he introduced the participants to the fundamentals of digital marketing and content creation, explaining how digital platforms and AI-powered tools are transforming communication, branding, and marketing strategies.

The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from faculty members of MBSCET as well as faculty representatives from various colleges across Jammu, providing an excellent platform for learning, interaction, and knowledge sharing.

The five-day FDP will continue till 31st July 2026, featuring expert sessions, practical demonstrations, and interactive discussions on various aspects of digital marketing.
